Mission Statement
My
professional mission is:
to
foster academic as well as personal
growth in each of my students.
to
create a classroom environment which is physically
organized, safe, clean, cheerful, and is emotionally
supportive, encouraging the creative development
of each child.
to
work effectively as a member of the teaching staff
to
foster our professional growth, and to help in the
creation
of an amiable, productive school environment.
I constantly seek to reach and
maintain
these goals by:
helping
each of my students create their own
educational goals.
seeking
out opportunities for professional development
both those offered through official channels and
those I find in my own personal experiences.
working
with parents and the community to use resources
and opportunities outside school for educational purposes.
evaluating my teaching methods to find my strengths
so I may capitalize on them, and to find my weaknesses
so I may correct them.
